Allana Ferguson bio

Allana played for Australia during Rugby Sevens, but then knee injuries made her be absent for a few seasons, before she switched to the Rugby League. Allana made her debut as a woman in rugby league against Queensland for New South Wales. Allana has added radio to her roster, and makes regular appearances as part of 2GB's Continuous Call Team. Allana has also earned a teaching diploma. Allana Ferguson has the unique distinction of having represented Australia in three different sports that include the rugby sevens (rugby league) as well as touch the rugby union. Allana Ferguson is a Jillaroos rugby superstar and a fourth-time tear in the ACL was forced to end her career in football. Ferguson has been in the sport for over 25 years. She had previously experienced tears in the same ligaments when she was 15 17, 17 and 20 when she was 17. A fourth tear indicated her playing days were over.
